Hi, I'm Liza, a free spirit and a traveller's soul.
In 2014 I decided to take the train of my dreams, abandon a successful 20-year career at Portugal's largest private bank and set off to explore the world, on a journey that is still going on and has no end in sight.
In these 10 years I've been to 48 different countries, more than 600 different places on 5 continents. I dream of visiting 30 more countries and I know I'm going to make it happen.
During the Covid pandemic, I had the great privilege of being stranded in India learning, at the source, the sciences of Yoga, Ayurveda and Reiki for over two years.
Since then, my mission has been to learn more every day, and to share this knowledge with as many people as possible, because I believe that sharing brings more meaning to our journey.
Along the way, I've written four books about my history and travel stories.

And I've also put together a Travellers' Guide, based on the experience of these 10 years travelling on a budget, where I teach you all the tricks to travelling cheaply, comfortably and safely.
In two words: I'm the freest and happiest person I've met in my life, and I want to inspire you to follow your heart so that you too can be the freest and happiest person you've met.
